Terms of Service

BodhMaya operates as an online education marketplace where users can purchase or sell second-hand/used textbooks, topper hand-written notes, exam preparation sheets, sitemap guidelines, and previous year question papers. Additionally, we provide interactive utility tools (such as GPA Marks Analyzers and AI Doubt Solvers) to assist students in their academic endeavors.

To make purchases or upload books for sale, you must register for an account. By registering:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and session tokens confidential.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that show suspicious activity or violate seller listing guidelines.

Sellers are welcome to list used textbooks, reference material, and notes. The following rules apply:

BodhMaya charges a minor transactional platform commission on successful sales.

• Buyers: Payments are processed instantly via secure gateways. All orders are tracked in your Profile page.
• Sellers: Funds will be credited to your linked payout account after the standard order verification period.
• Refunds: We provide refunds or replacements if a physical book is not received, is highly damaged, or does not match the seller description. Refund claims must be submitted to support within 7 days of delivery.

BodhMaya is not responsible for direct interactions, disputes, or delivery discrepancies between buyers and sellers, although we actively assist in resolving them. We provide our services on an "as is" basis and make no representations about the uninterrupted uptime or accuracy of student utility tools.
